Have you read about Bitcoin? It's a fully p2p network based anonymous digital currency. There are currently two exchange services for Bitcoin, and more when the API comes out with the next release.

   I've been using bitcoin for a few months. There is a growing list of businesses that now accept bitcoin as payment as well as a few charities such as the F.A.Hayek Society.
