Hi All, Here is a link to a basic "lesson in Jurisdiction", as this has important relevance to the "Digital Coin" and its place in Law.

It explains the Person as a fiction in law, for the purpose of commerce.

Looking forward your thoughts

Very interesting. I've seen talks on that subject over here in Australia as well, but your link was definitely more thorough than anything I've seen before.  I wonder about the expansion of laws (or policy) regulating corporations. It seems these laws have become very lax. Originally corporations were severely restrained, but now they are on equal footing with men and women (notice I didn't say people or persons!).

http://www.reclaimdemocracy.org/corporate_accountability/history_corporations_us.html

The problem therein is that corporations have much more wealth and an indefinite lifespan, not to mention large numbers of men and women working for them who might infiltrate governments and manipulate them.

Quote
“Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power”. - Benito Mussolini

I think the corporations have had control of key government positions around the globe for some time and thus in my opinion, we have been secretly controlled by a fascist oligarchy for some time.

In the interest of sharing ideas here are a couple of vids that I like:

A persons greatness should not solely be defined by their passion and ideas, but also by their ability and desire to challenge all ideas equally.

Dear Jordan, appreciate the videos.
Id like to share with this forum a simple story we all may know! the story is the adults version of "The Wizard of Oz"  it brings clarity to how we transact in commerce and the fictions we use. (characters: TIN MAN, STRAWMAN, TOTO, LION etc...)

This Video documents the history of bankruptcy HOW and WHY the "Birth Certificate "(per$on) was created as a $ecurity bond.

The body of law (Maritime Admiralty Law) allows for the entity (the Per$on) to transact in fiat/credit commerce. (and many other contracts)

Strap your learn on, this is a 3 part Video:
